Lymphoma
What Is Lymphoma?
It is cancer that begins in the immune system in the lymph cells.
It is the most common type of blood cancer in the U.S. where there will be approximately 139,860 new cases in 2009.
Of those, about 53,200 will not survive the disease after spending millions and millions of dollars on treatments that didn't save their lives.
Not to mention: leaving the family financially devastated.
For those searching for a wonderful, affordable
alternative,
I can tell you from personal experience: this one works!
The two age groups it affects most are 16-34 and over age 55. Of the two types of this disease, Hodgkin’s and Non-Hodgkin’s, the older group is more likely to have Non-Hodgkin’s.
This is not a single cancer, but nearly 30 cancers generally classified as one of the two main types named above: Hodgkin’s and Non-Hodgkin’s.
What Is The Lymphatic System?
It is part of the body’s immune defense system. Its primary body function is to fight infection and diseases. When it is functioning properly, it will not become diseased.
There are various reasons the immune system will become over-loaded to the point it becomes cancerous.
These can be any one or a combination of the following: lots and lots of stress in one's life, exposure to some carcinogen, not eating like grandma told you - "eat your fruits and veggies", too much body fat to the point of being obese (easy to do with the American diet), exposure to excessive electromagnetic chaos (harmful magnetic fields coming from all our plug-in and cordless tech devices), and not enough exercise.
Our lymphatic system contains a network of thin tubes connected together similar to blood vessels. The tubes carry fluid, called lymph, similar as blood vessels carry blood throughout the body. This fluid contains white blood cells, called lymphocytes, which attack various infections and diseases.
Along the lymphatic system are clusters of bean shaped organs called lymph nodes. They are clustered in the neck, chest, underarms, abdomen, stomach, intestines, groin, and skin. Lymph flows through the nodes and other lymphatic tissues including the spleen, bone marrow, and the thymus gland. The nodes filter the lymph of bacteria, viruses, and other infections.
What Is Non-Hodgkin’s?
This form of this cancer is formed when the lymphatic cells grow abnormally, divide, and grow uncontrolled. When this process is repeated over and over again, a tumor is formed in the lymph nodes.
Because of the location of the lymph system, cancer is easily spread to other organs, tissues, and glands. Many times the disease is detected as painless lumps which appear in the neck, armpit, or groin.
Along with lumps described above, lymphoma symptoms and early warning signs may appear as fever, weight loss, and night sweating. Because this cancer easily spreads and affects other organs, various symptoms may arise which usually carries the victim to seek medical attention.
What Are Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Symptoms?
They include: drenching night sweats, fatigue or feeling of weakness, unexplained fevers, breathlessness along with swelling of the face and neck, loss of appetite, unexplained weight loss, itching all over the body, reddened patches on the skin, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain.
How Is Lymphoma Diagnosed
Doctors will want to do a biopsy of one of the lymph nodes. Other tests may include physical exam, blood tests, x-rays, CT scan, ultrasonography, and PET scan.
What Are Lymphoma Stages?
Staging is set as stage 1, 2, 3, and 4. Stage 3 involves adjacent organs, and sometimes the spleen. Stage 4 involves other organs such as the liver, lungs, bone marrow, or other far away organs.
What Are The Traditional Treatments For Lymphoma?
Treatments traditionally include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and vaccine therapy.
I had the non-hodgkin's form of this disease, and went along with oncology's recommendation of chemotherapy because (at the time) I didn't know any better. After a really bad alergic reaction to one of the drugs in the chemotherapy almost killed me in the chair during the drip, my husband and I seriously looked for an alternative.
Alternative Cancer Treatments That Work!
When I was diagnosed in January 2007, my doctor gave me as short as 3-months to live and rated my cancer somewhere between stage 3 or 4.
Without checking any alternatives, I started chemotherapy at my health care provider’s oncology department.
I was scheduled for 6-rounds of chemotherapy; each round was a double-bag.
During my second infusion, I experienced a deathly reaction to the chemicals and almost died in the treatment chair.
That near-death experience was the catalyst that sent me in search of Alternative Cancer Treatments.
After weeks of searching, I found a wonderful clinic which was recommended in one of Kevin Trudeau’s books. I devoured the website information and read all the survivor’s testimonials. Then, my husband and I discussed and prayed about the possibilities of me going to the clinic.
It was a big decision to go; it shouldn’t have been, but it was. I had butterflies like I have never had them before. Then, together my husband and I made the decision for me to go to the clinic.
The treatments were for two-weeks; now they do three-weeks for less money than I paid for my two-weeks. I regained my energy and smile back almost instantly after the treatments began.
After returning home, I made an appointment with oncology. He ordered another PET-scan because he couldn’t detect any cancer remaining when he physically examined me. I held my breath for about a week until the results came back…Cancer-Free!!
That was three-years ago.
I have full faith that you can become the next cancer survivor by going to the clinic. Take your opportunity now and have a FREE CONFIDENTIAL MEDICAL EVALUATION, to discover if you are a good candidate for Alternative Cancer Treatments.
