Cancer Symptoms

Blood Pressure Gauge

What are cancer symptoms?

They can be different in women than in men. They also vary per the type, staging, and body organ affected.

Most symptoms are Specific or physical, such as a skin melanoma may make a mole dark and a little raised. Comapare that with someone experiencing liver cancer who may have jaundice (yellow coloring of the skin and whites of the eyes).

While lung cacer victims may experience one or more of the following Non-Specific symptoms: fatigue, weight loss, weakness, depression, and mood changes.

When Do They Start?

My symptoms started about six months prior to diagnosis. They started out as small clues and steadily progressed over time.

At first they were Non-Specific and included headaches, dizziness, and blurred vision. My trips to Urgent Care and doctors were frustrating. One doctor would think this, and another would think that.

I knew what I was experiencing was not migraines like doctors diagnosed.

I checked what I might experience if I had migraines; and I certainly did not have enough of the important symptoms needed.

Yet, to try to help, doctors prescribed a medication for migraines.

What Are cancer Symptoms?

Fatigue! As I recall, my biggest problem was fatigue. I tired easily. Long, leisurely walks with my husband became shorter and shorter.

I learned later that fatigue could also be an indicator of Colon Cancer, Kidney Cancer, and Pancreatic Cancer.

mom and pop do dishes Household chores became monumental.

Evening dishes didn’t get washed until the next morning, and I have always prided myself on a clean kitchen.

It took longer and longer for me to get ready to go anywhere, and when I finished, I was exhausted and sweaty.

When we visited one of our sons’ homes, I mostly sat around and took naps.

My youngest daughter-in-law, Nichole, suggested a Hootia product she was using at the time.

The Hootia did perk me up for a short time; but overall, I was just exhausted most of the time and needed more and more rest time.

Lymphoma Night Sweats

My night sweats became more and more pronounced. I woke up many nights dripping wet with sweat, regardless of our air-conditioned home.

My husband, Jim, didn’t dare touch me during one of those times. I tried to blame it on the change of life, but my inner-self knew something was wrong.

Forgetting Things

Forgetfulness was becoming routine for me. Since my mom passed away a few years earlier from Alzheimer’s disease, I began to wonder if I were going crazy or getting the disease that took my mom.

My memory loss became worse, and I didn’t want my sons to know because I feared they would restrict my time with my grandsons.

Doctor at Work I had been to our doctor’s office many times, yet I couldn’t remember to turn left or right at an intersection just around the corner from his office.

Why Is My Memory So Bad?

My memory got so bad I had the nurse at the doctor’s office place a note in my medical file stating my husband had to be present when they spoke to me about anything.

Embarrassing Moments

How embarrassing that was for me.

I forgot routine things like conversations, dates, chores, and people with whom I had lots of conversations, even people in my Bible study class.

I had no idea how long my memory problems existed. I just knew they were real; and they were also a real problem.

Swelling In The Neck

One morning in mid-December 2006, Jim and I were still in our night clothes. I noticed a swelling on the lower left side of my neck, toward the front.

This symptom was physical and Specific.

I pulled my nightgown aside at the neckline and asked Jim if my neck appeared swollen. He said, “Oh my, yes, dear. IT IS!”

It was very sensitive to touch; I had no idea what to make of it. And wouldn’t you know, this was on a Saturday morning when the doctor’s office was closed.

Tons of Doctor Visits

On Monday following that weekend discovery, I started my doctor visits and testing.

Medical Instruments My primary doctor initially thought my symptoms related to my thyroid because the swelling wrapped itself around to the front of my left lower neck.

He suggested tests, which I did.

One test led to another, and another, and specialist after specialist.

The medical community couldn’t seem to put a finger on my problem.

I began to notice nurses would avoid my questions, lower their heads, and quietly dismiss themselves from the exam room when I asked questions. It appeared that no medical staff wanted to answer my specific questions.

They certainly weren’t giving me warm fuzzies.

As day after day became week after week, my swelling grew larger and harder. It began to really hurt. The swelling became so uncomfortable I had difficulty lying on my left side to sleep.

Chiropractic adjustments which I occasionally received were out. I didn’t want anyone to touch me: not my husband or my family, and I didn’t want hugs. The situation was becoming quite painful and frustrating.

Peggy Sue Roberts, December 2009, at age 61 Alternative Cancer Treatments That Work!

When I was diagnosed in January 2007, my doctor rated my cancer somewhere between stage 3 or 4.

Without checking any alternatives, I started chemotherapy at my health care provider’s oncology department.

I was scheduled for 6-rounds of chemotherapy; each round was a double-bag.

During my second infusion, I experienced a deathly reaction to the chemicals and almost died in the treatment chair.

That near-death experience was the catalyst that sent me in search of Alternative Cancer Treatments.

After weeks of searching, I found a wonderful clinic which was recommended in one of Kevin Trudeau’s books. I devoured the website information and read all the survivor’s testimonials.

Then, my husband and I discussed and prayed about the possibilities of me going to the clinic.

It was a big decision to go; it shouldn’t have been, but it was. I had butterflies like I have never had them before.

Then, together my husband and I made the decision for me to go to the clinic. The treatments were for two-weeks; now they do three-weeks for less money than I paid for my two-weeks.

I regained my energy and smile back almost instantly after the treatments began.

After returning home, I made an appointment with oncology. He ordered another PET-scan because he couldn’t detect any cancer remaining when he physically examined me. I held my breath for about a week until the results came back…Cancer-Free!!

That was three-years ago.

I have full faith that you can become the next cancer survivor by going to the clinic. Take your opportunity now and have a FREE CONFIDENTIAL MEDICAL EVALUATION, to discover if you are a good candidate for Alternative Cancer Treatments.
