Can Cancer Be Prevented?
Yes, plenty of people have prevented or avoided this disease by choosing a healthy
lifestyle,
and practicing healthy
diet and nutrition.
This includes: Keep your waist half, or less than half, of your height. This takes more than drinking diet soda's. You already know this starts with a decision and a commitment. Then it takes time, exercise, diet, and patience. Another contributor is: Don't smoke cigarettes!! Because nearly 70 percent of these diseases relate to smoking, eating and drinking routines, and lack of exercise. Avoding this disease is more difficult in 2012, than it was in fifty to a hundred years ago. There are lots of reasons why, but if you’d like a quick clue: look at the contents on most any food container. You’ll find substances unknown a hundred years ago. #1 Prevention Is: Do Not Over-Eat!! Look at how many people are
overweight to the point of being obese.
Obesity In America:
My personal observation: Obesity is this country is run-away ramped!
I have never seen so many over-weight people! According to research,
most obesity is preventable
with a fork and spoon.
In 2009, the ACS estimates there will be 562,340 deaths from this disease. About 169,000 of those are tobacco related; another third, or 187,446 will be due to obesity and lack of physical activity.
These total 356,446 or 63% of these related deaths estimated for 2009, and could be avoided with some lifestyle change.
What Is The Cost To Treat Cancer?
Here's another scary number: It is estimated each of these
562,340 victims will spend $300,000 to $500,000 per year
for traditional treatments. Others estimate the figure more like $700,000 to $900,000 per year.
And, we Americans wonder why our insurance premiums are double from 10 years ago.
The remainder of the 37% of these deaths mentioned above is from “other causes.” Stress would be in this category, and so would exposure to materials known to cause this disease, like asbestos.
For more evidence, just take a look at the number of tobacco users and those with high stress levels.
What Causes Malignancy?
As I look back on my own case, I was overweight,
over-stressed,
and ate red meat in moderation. I didn’t use tobacco, but three out of four got me.
Only one of them could have done the job by itself. See my page:

to see why I make this statement.
My Lymphoma was probably avoidable. I feel many others today, with one of these diseases, should never happen, but the mass population goes with the flow. We (including me) accept too much without questioning what the outcome, consequences, and any side-effects will be. We act too much like sheep, just going where we're herded.
Alternative Cancer Treatments That Work! Here's a short story of my miracle. When I was diagnosed in January 2007, my doctor gave me as short as 3-months to live and rated my cancer somewhere between stage 3 or 4. Without checking any alternatives, I started chemotherapy at my health care provider’s oncology department. I was scheduled for 6-rounds of chemotherapy; each round was a double-bag. During my second infusion, I experienced a deathly reaction to the chemicals and almost died in the treatment chair. That near-death experience was the catalyst that sent me in search of Alternative Treatments. After weeks of searching, I found a wonderful clinic in Mexico which was recommended in one of Kevin Trudeau’s books. I devoured the website information and read all the survivor’s testimonials. Then, my husband and I discussed and prayed about the possibilities of me going to the clinic. It was a big decision to go, after-all it is Mexico, and I had heard all the stories on the news. But this was life or death: my life or my death. Together my husband and I made the decision for me to go to the clinic. The treatments were for two-weeks; now they do three-weeks for less money than I paid for my two-weeks. I regained my energy and smile back almost instantly after the treatments began. After returning home, I made an appointment with oncology. He ordered another PET-scan because he couldn’t detect any cancer remaining when he physically examined me. I held my breath for about a week until the results came back…Cancer-Free!! That was early 2007. I have full faith that you can become the next cancer survivor by going to the clinic.
